Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Celá diplomová práce má za úkol zjistit u zaměstnanců úroveň vybraných motivačních faktorů a spokojenost s jednotlivými aspekty jejich práce. K analýze byl použit dotazník, který nám ukázal možné nedostatky. Pro tyto nedostatky byly následně vypracovány návrhy a doporučení, která budou firmou zvážena k zlepšení a posílení spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

The whole thesis is to establish the level of employees selected motivational factors, and satisfaction with various aspects of their work. The analysis of the questionnaire was used to show us the possible shortcomings. For these deficiencies were subsequently developed proposals and recommendations to be considered by the company to improve and enhance employee satisfaction.
