Abstract
The thesis deals with dynamic light advertising, its types and the physical principles which this advertising works on. For an understanding of these laws it is important to describe the creation and processing of visual perception through anatomical structures and physiological processes. It is also important to describe methods that affect vision using internal and external influences and the description of dynamic advertising itself, especially by using the panel with a series of LEDs that draw the picture information using the principle of persistence of vision, and Talbot's law. The practical part of this work is to create a software that adapts image information to the microcontroller and LEDs. There is also a simulation showing the icorrectly displayed information in the event of incorrect rate of movement of the panel with LEDs to the viewer. At the end of each practical part the results are evaluated and there is also an example, how to apply those results to a specific realization of the LED panel.
