Comparison of life insurance for children in the Czech insurance market

The aim of bachelor thesis is finding the optimal product of child investment life insurance for a model person. Total work is composed of three chapters. The first chapter is characterizing life insurance. We deal here with the forms of life insurance, the role of life insurance in the economy and the characteristics of the basic concepts relating to insurance, without which we would be in this area couldn't focus. The second chapter is intended to make sure we are fully familiar with children's life insurance, which are offered on the Czech market. Therefore, there is described the principle of functioning of child life insurance, types of insurance and advantages and disadvantages of this type of insurance.Furthermore, you will learn about the investment life insurance, because the work is focused on finding the optimal life insurance products for children. Previous chapters are mainly theoretical in nature. The third chapter is more focused on practical work. Not only are described in five selected insurance products on the Czech market from which we select the optimal product, but in the end of the chapter we see the result, which we found. Optimal product is found by using paired comparison method. This method is based on the principle of mutual comparison of all products. To do this, we can proceed to the comparison, we first had to establish criteria by which to compare products and determine the importance of these criteria. This was achieved by using Fuller's triangle. After discovering the importance of various criteria to be able to proceed to the comparison itself. Comparison was made using Saaty's method. The result is the already mentioned finding the optimal investment life insurance for children for a model person.
