Abstract

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the establishment of limited liability company. Its aim is to show how to start business using this legal form of business. All thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part introduces the basis terminology connected with the business. It mentions possible legal forms of business and specifically discusses the limited liability company. It helps to describe situation of small and medium-sized companies in the market and possibility of aid to the novice entrepreneurs. Attention is also paid to business plan which is important for companies and in the later stages of the thesis will be used as a template. An author of the thesis spent on semester as an exchange student at Chung Ang University in South Korea. Therefore, the last chapter of theoretical part will be dedicated to legal forms of business in this country. In practical part is showed the process of establishing fictitious company Asian Beauty Shop, s. r. o. The field of doing business is purchasing goods from its suppliers and selling it to the target customers. Business plan will be created for this company in which the field of its business will be analyzed more in detail. In financial plan, there are measured incomes and expenses, revenues and costs in different variants.
