Optimalizace financování investičního záměru vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze possible forms of financing of investment plan of the company ABC and propose an optimal variant of financing with subsequent evaluation. The theoretical part describes the methods of financing of corporate investments and their distribution in terms of internal and external sources. Another part deals with selected business company, which is characterized by its particular line of business and investment. Subsequently there are shown input calculations, which are applied in practical part concerning funding from its own resources, bank loans and financial leasing. In conclusion, the various forms of financing are compared and displayed according to the preference.
