Projekt rozšírenia sortimentu pre nové výrobné zariadenie

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on expanding the production range for a new production facility in the form of a project. The work is structured into chapters devoted to the introduction of the company, the theoretical and methodological basis for solving the problem and the project of expanding the range. The introduction of the company is focused on the development of the owner's business activities, getting acquainted with the current production range and providing information on the certification of production operations and the products themselves. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts, description of individual phases of the project and characterization of methods and analyses applied in project management. The practical part of the work is focused on the introduction of a new product into the production range by applying five phases of the project from the creation of the concept, implementation of feasibility study, project design, execution to the end of the project. At the end of the work, based on the methods of evaluating the investment in a new production facility, a comparison of investment financing is performed, considering, resp. not considering the benefits of producing a new product.
