V teoretické části se zabývám základními metodami finanční analýzy, situační analýzou pomocí matic IFE, EFE a benchmarkingovým diagnostickým systémem finančních indikátorů. V praktické části jsou výsledky těchto analýz. V závěru práce je zhodnocení podniku GRIOS s. r. o. a návrh zlepšení pro daný podnik.cs
