Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) suitability matrix relevance analysis. The first part is dedicated to the theory of this method. In the next chapter the matrix relevance is explained. The research part focuses on TCO suitability matrix relevance analysis itself. Used research method was qualitative – half-structured interview and observation. The conclusion contains discussion and suggested changes to the TCO matrix.
