Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the Customer Satisfaction Measurement of Services at a Library. The most of readers use the library several times of month. Opening hours are not suit for more than 34% of respondents. The marketing research shoved that more than 83% of respondents are satisfied.Big imperfection is the quantity of parking places near the library, browser for books and capacity of readings rooms.
