Abstract

Work is focused on individual types of commercial companies and cooperatives. The goal of work is to provide basic and necessary informations about the regulation of legal forms of business. Also to compare the different types of companies with cooperative and to give an advice novice entrepreneurs, which form is appropriate for him under certain conditions and to facilitate his selection of the correct legal form of business. First analyzing the regulation contains general provisions, thus adjusting for all types of companies, followed by legislation in various types of companies, their foundation, formation, transformation, dissolution of the company and detail the general concepts applied to various types of companies. Furthermore, legislation cooperative and finally comparing the basic characteristics of companies and cooperatives.
