Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the elaborate of the load-bearing system of a sports hall made of wood-based materials. From the three proposed roofing variants, for the hall with a layout adapted to ball sports, the most optimal solution was chosen and elaborated a proposal and assessment of the supporting elements and joints, including the possible way of setting up and stiffening. The fire resistance was assessed for the selected supporting elements. The assessment was carried out according to valid ČSN EN standards. Part of the thesis is also the way of assembly of the supporting system of the hall, drawing documentation and overview of bearing systems of sports halls made of wood-based materials.
