Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to design methods to implement the Balanced Scorecard in a particular company. BSC is divided into four basic perspectives, namely the financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth. Financial perspective focuses on a financial analysis of the company. Another perspective is the customer perspective, which focuses on customers and their satisfaction. In this field uses its own survey. Internal process perspective focuses on the internal system of the company. Therefore, it's used of internal company materials. Last BSC perspective is the perspective of learning and growth. It focuses on staff and opportunities for growth and development of the society. All these four perspectives are implemented in deriving strategic objectives of relationships between cause and effect, the selection made by setting targets and identifying strategic actions. The last chapter deals with the evaluation and recommendation.
