Přechod přes hřebeny Hrubého Jeseníku - návrh dvoudenní geoexkurze

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a two-day geological field trip in the Hrubý Jeseník Mountains, with an emphasis on geological, geomorphological, and karst phenomena. The theoretical part describes the natural conditions of the study area, including geological structure, geomorphology, hydrogeology, climate conditions, and biological diversity. Special attention is given to karst processes associated with crystalline limestones. The practical part presents a detailed proposal of the field trip, including an itinerary, selection of key locations, and organizational aspects such as transportation, accommodation, catering, and financial planning. The proposed route includes important sites such as Karlova Studánka, Praděd, the Dlouhé stráně pumped-storage power plant, Lipová Spa, and the Na Pomezí Cave. The aim of the thesis is to create a feasible field trip proposal that connects theoretical knowledge with practical field observation and can serve as a model for teaching geology and related disciplines.
