Abstract

This Diploma thesis on the „Financial and Economic Analysis of the Limited Liability Company“ deals with the financial and economic analysis, applied to AGROLAND, spol. s r.o. The theoretical part is about theoretical basis of financial and economic analysis, containing basic information about the subject of financial analysis, and about accesses to financial analysis and methods used to analyse the financial situation. The second part of this thesis is about characterization of the company AGROLAND, spol. s r.o. You can also find the SWOT analysis here. The practical part deals with the application of theoretical methods to selected company. The horizontal and vertical analysis, the analysis according to particular index and analysis by selected prediction are used to assess the financial health of the company. The evaluation of the financial situation is made on the results of the analysis and it also contains suggestions to improve the financial situation.
