Abstract

The submitted thesis focuses on directing of human resources in DONGWON CZ, ltd, company, which produces parts for car industry. The thesis is divided into two parts. First part is concerned with a theoretical explanation of given problems. It contains the importance of directing human resources, education and motivation of employees in conditions of companies. There is also described the importance of human resources in the systems of quality within the framework of ČSN EN ISO 9000 norms. In the second part of this thesis there is a basic characteristic of DONGWON CZ, ltd, company, including the production portfolio of the company. The thesis focuses on the analysis of the present state and the solution of given problems and its evaluation. On the basis of the analysis there were suggestions for improvements set, which can lead to the elimination of the imperfections in the company.
