Výdaje vybraných obcí v oblasti školství

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření a financování školství ve vybraných obcích. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a analytickou. První teoretická část popisuje postavení, působnost a principy hospodaření obcí v ČR a principy financování školství v ČR. Analytická část se zabývá analýzou a komparací hospodaření obcí Moravičany a Bohuslavice v letech 2006-2011. Dále jsou zde analyzovány a komparovány výdaje uvedených obcí na školství. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení stavu financování školství v obci Moravičany v letech 2006 – 2011 a navrhnout doporučení pro financování v následujících letech.

This thesis is focused on the analysis of management and financing of education in selected communities. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. The first theoretical part describes legal status, scope and principles of financial management of municipalities in the CR and the principles of financing education in the ČR. The analytical part deals with the analysis and comparison of management municipalities of Moravičany Bohuslavice between the years 2006-2011. The education costs of these municipalities are also analysed and compared. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the status of funding for education in the municipality of Moravičany between years 2006 - 2011 and make recommendations for funding in subsequent years.
