Dopravní a sportovní plochy u základní a mateřské školy v Komorní Lhotce

Abstract

This work focuses on the project development of two variants for the traffic and sports surfaces around the Komorní Lhotka elementary school. The yard belonging to the school is used by the children during lessons as well as breaks, however, the area does not suffice for their sports activities. As a result of that, the school is forced to use undeveloped properties lying northwards, such as a pitch for PE lessons. These surfaces are uneven and grassy, unfenced, and overall not providing enough safety for the pupils. The goal of this work is to fully utilize those adjacent properties for designing new sports surfaces which would also include a new parking lot. The new sports area will mainly contain a multipurpose field for sport activities, running track, long jump sand pit, shot-put facility and playground for kids. According to the possibilities of the developed variants a work-out park for outdoor fitness and recreation could be added as well. A new fencing for the whole area will be designed as well as the extension and improvement of the current sidewalks led all the way to the designed sports area. The access to the new parking lot will, according to the designed variants, have a form of an entrance. The main motivation for building such a sports area is the effort to create a quality surroundings for the purpose of PE lessons and other sports activities for kids. Local pupils can use the area in PE lessons as well as in the after school club which is often centered around activities in the fresh air. The new sports surfaces can be fully used by the local children, as well as the schema_dspacedb. Various sporting events can take place here such as fotball matches against teams from the surrounding villages.
