Analýza systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of employee benefits in a selected company with the aim of analyzing the existing system and proposing possible recommendations and suggestions. The provision of benefits contributes to increase the motivation of employees, which leads to an increase in their performance and the competitiveness of the company. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part briefly describes the theoretical background of human resource management, remuneration, motivation, and especially employee benefits. In the introduction of the practical part, the selected company was introduced, and the employee benefits offered were described. A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted as part of the work, which showed that employees are very satisfied with the benefits offered. Despite this, recommendations were made for some existing benefits that could be improved to increase employee satisfaction. In addition, new benefits were suggested that are not yet offered by the company but would be welcomed by employees. Using these recommendations and suggestions can strengthen employee loyalty and contribute to the overall improvement of the company's performance.
