Abstract

The main purpose of my bachelor work is an evaluation of the current state of the alternative distributive channels in the Česká spořitelna, joint-stock company.(The Czech savings bank). It assesses particular channels of Internetbanking, Telebanking and GSM banking from different points of view. There is given a general profile, formation and development of separate utility and of the whole direct banking. The Inseparable part is acknowledgement of client quantity and use of the mentioned forms of remote banking. The space was given to client´s view on the separate services, their advantages, disadvantages and security. The biggest part of the work represents the main multichannel service of „Servis 24“, its strong and weak features. Together with it there are mentioned potential risks for a client. The aim of the work is to assess topically used services of electronic banking in the Česká spořitelna and to select user-friendly distributive channel of bank services.
