Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozpracování plánu na zprovoznění horského penzionu „U Lesa“, který bude poskytovat ubytovací a standardní služby pro nenáročnou klientelu. Výzkumná část práce obsahuje anketní šetření, jejímž cílem bylo zjistit názor zdejších občanů na danou situaci. Informace poskytli obyvatelé města Rožnova pod Radhoštěm prostřednictvím anketních lístků. Kapitola podnikatelský plán popisuje způsob řízení, organizační strukturu penzionu, majetkové vybavení a finanční plán. V závěru této práce je vyhodnocení předpokládané ekonomické efektivnosti a doporučení pro realizaci podnikatelského záměru.

The thesis aims at elaboration of the plan for the opening of the mountain boarding house called “U Lesa“. This will provide accommodation and standard services for an undemanding clientele. The research part of the thesis includes public enquiry, the aim of which was to ascertain the local citizens’ opinions of this situation. Information was provided by the citizens of Roznov pod Radhostem by means of public enquiry questionnaires. The chapter business plan creates the means of managing, organisation structure of the boarding house, property equipment and financial plan. The end of this thesis evaluates expected economic effectiveness and recommendation for the realisation of this business plan.
