Analýza poškození drážkované hřídele pohonu eskalátoru

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the damage of the grooved shaft of the escalator drive. Machine parts made of steel are often subject to corrosion. The purpose of this work is to find out the cause of damage to the spline shaft and to propose an appropriate solution to prevent such undesirable damage. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focuses on explanations of terms such as shaft steels, corrosion of material and corrosion resistance. The second part focuses on the analysis of the condition of the spline shaft. In the third part are described possible solutions, including their detailed analysis. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the whole diploma thesis itself.
