Abstract

The task of the thesis is to develop a construction technology project for construction management. Part of this project is to label of the building envelope and technological progress of implementation of envelopes. Part of this project is to label the envelope of the building and technological implementation progress of envelopes. This is a two-storey culture house in the village Skalice near Znojmo. The main supporting structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete frame, with preceded building envelope. The building have a single-flat roof. The foundation building are reinforced concrete footings with reinforcing foundation cap (C25/30). Columns and beams are designed for the same type of concrete as a foundation, ie. C 25/30. Ceilings are realized from the hollow core slabs. The modular network is marked on each drawing. Part of the thesis is also thermally technical assessment of the individual parts of the building.
