Náklady spojené se zásobami v podniku a možnosti jejich minimalizace

Abstract

Logistics and supply process are currently the priorities of each manufacturing company. Prove to produce quality products at low prices, may be in a competitive area only and only advantage. A prerequisite for this is to minimize the prices of inputs into the manufacturing process, which can be achieved by optimization of all activities of company. Part of this optimization efforts is the optimization of supply and storage system for the purpose of eliminating excess costs. Ultimately, this bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of costs associated with supply, inventory management and warehousing systems. The aim of the work was to analyze the costs and description of real options to minimize these costs.
