Mikroskopické vláknité houby ve vodách

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mikroskopických vláknitých hub ve vodním prostředí a jejich významem pro kvalitu pitné vody. Teoretická část shrnuje informace o taxonomii, výskytu významných zástupců, tvorbě biofilmů a vlivu faktorů, jako jsou pH, obsah kyslíku a teplota. Součástí práce je také přehled aktuální legislativy, která se k těmto mikroorganismům ve vodách vztahuje. Výsledky této bakalářské práce ukazují, že mikroskopické vláknité houby představují významný, avšak dosud nedostatečně sledovaný parametr kvality vody. Práce dále poukazuje na nedostatky současné legislativy, která v České republice nestanovuje limity ani povinná sledování mikroskopických vláknitých hub v pitné vodě. Jejich přítomnost tak může zůstávat přehlížena, což může mít velmi negativní dopady na lidské zdraví.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of microscopic filamentous fungi in the aquatic environment and their importance for the quality of drinking water. The theoretical part summarizes information on taxonomy, the occurrence of significant representatives, biofilm formation, and the influence of factors such as pH, oxygen content, and temperature. The thesis also includes an overview of current legislation related to these microorganisms in water.The results of this bachelor’s thesis indicate that microscopic filamentous fungi represent a significant, yet still insufficiently monitored parameter of water quality. The thesis further points out shortcomings in the current legislation, which in the Czech Republic does not set limits or mandatory monitoring for microscopic filamentous fungi in drinking water. Their presence may therefore remain overlooked, which can have very negative impacts on human health.
