Abstract
This thesis deals with the issues of the leadership of a football club from the sporting, economic and legal points of view. In the theoretical part the significant concepts like sport, enterprise, management and marketing are defined. There are also the research methods and techniques presented which were used in the practical part. The practical part focuses on the football club RSM Hodonín. The history of the club, its organization structure, sporting activities and the financing sources and costs of the club are presented here. One part of the research is also the SWOT analysis. The last part of the thesis consists of the summary of the research results, the conclusion and further recommendation.
