Územní studie lokality „V Černém“ pro kombinované bydlení Přerov

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to make a project of new use of the area "In Black" and to ensure connections between the local district of Újezdec and the southeastern part of town of Přerov. According to the development plan of the town of Přerov, the locality is designated as a developing area for combined housing, mixed housing, civic amenities and urban verdure. The result is a proposal of a built-up area with detached houses and apartment houses in two variants accompanied by civic amenities and a town park. The thesis also includes an estimate of the total costs and a proposition of transportation and technical infrastructure. These results were elaborated on the basis of an analysis of the current state of the studied area.
