Abstract
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MEASUREMENT WITH THE OFFER OF CULTURAL EVENTS
The aim of this thesis is to find out how do residents are satisfied with the offer of cultural events in Kysuce. On the basis of exploration research will be made recommendations to increase a satisfaction of residents.
At the beginning of the thesis is described measuring satisfaction and characteristics of services by use of literature. In the next chapter Magma publishing and cultural events in Kysuce is characterized. In the practical part is presented methodology of the marketing research and analysis of the obtained results.
On the basis of research results is in the final chapter described proposals and recommendations to increase a satisfaction of residents with cultural events and with a cultural life in Kysuce.
