Výstavba přehrady Nové Heřminovy z pohledu geovědního a montánního turismu

Abstract

Presented thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part is presented information about construction of a dam Nové Heřminovy in the like called village. Subsequently there are facts brought in about proposed locality, civil engineering project itself, as well as circumstances which go for a long time with the idea of construction of such water-work. At the beginning of the thesis, there is more closely described location and history together with evolution of disagreements between opponents, represented mainly by natives of Nové Heřminovy, and supporters from town Krnov, represented primarily by the councils of the town. After that, thesis introduces the history of suggested alternatives of flood control projects primarily in confrontation with the project of the dam and also about government's confirmed final appearance of a dam. Second part is devoted to possibilities of a dam and countryside utilization from the view of tourism.
