Abstract
Author in his work deals with problems using technical means for stopping vehicles with regard to valid legislation. Author describes the technical parameters and functionality
of selected technical means used in the security practice. He focuses on risks identification, performs analysis and presents the proposals for minimalization of unacceptable risks.
He puts great emphasis on eliminating the risk of people injury. He puts proposals
for optimalization usage of referred technical means for stopping vehicles.
