Analýza a vyhodnocení neshod při vstupní kontrole

Abstract

The aim of the introductory part of this thesis was to analyze the present supply discrepancies found in the input control company Arak. Mismatch from the perspective of the customer considered a complaint about the delivery. Each protocol is subject to disagreement. To reduce the number of complaints is needed to analyze the causes of any differences. Disagreements were recorded in the summary tabulations. To check the Pareto analysis was used to separate the "vital minority" from "most useful". Disagreements included in a vitally important minority are described and the company should focus on in order to avoid a recurrence of supply discrepancies, or notify the supplier. In conclusion, this work is designed to improve the registration, which leads to faster detection of an increasing number of disputes and the timely opportunity to highlight the fact that an appropriate supplier.
