Investice do lidského kapitálu z pohledu firmy

Abstract

The Bachelor´s work deals with the verification of legitimacy of the economic theory in the field of investment into human capital. The work interprets a term human capital in its certain parts, deals with the types and the importance of investment into human capital, both from the point of view of individual, and first of all a firm. The second part of this work describes the individual investment which are running in chosen firm within the certain period. The necessary part ot the work is the recovery of investment measuring according to different index figures.
