Abstract
This thesis treats of an analysis of alternatives of pitch, coal tar, high-temp. in clay pigeons. Several alternative substances as well as alternative technologies were identified by literature search and interviews with manufacturer of clay pigeons. These alternatives were analyzed and are described from environmental perspective as well as from the point of compatibility with current manufacturing processes of clay pigeons.
Pitch, coal tar, high-temp., is substance of very high concern and was placed on Candidate List pursuant to Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH).
