The building stands alone, from an operational point of view it is divided into sales areas, facilities for employees, storage areas and technical facilities. It is covered with a flat roof with a composition meeting the requirements of BROOF(T3) and photovoltaic panels are placed on the roof. The supporting structural system is made up of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. Light facade insulation panels and steel frames with glass filling are used for cladding. The internal masonry does not have a load-bearing function and is made of gas silicate and sand-lime blocks. The foundation of the building is ensured by means of prefabricated reinforced concrete footings and foundation thresholds. The new building of the department store will be located in Ostrava - Třebovice. This work also contains the energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 [7], thermal assessments of the structures forming the envelope of the heated part of the building, a study of the building and static calculation of one element. This is a simplified static assessment of the most heavily loaded die, according to whose design all die prefabs should be manufactured.
