Současné poznatky o významu chemické a metalografické čistoty kordových ocelí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with current knowledge about the importance of chemical and metallographic cleanliness of cord steels. These factors are mainly dealt with by secondary metalurgy, which means the refining of the steel, which improves the quality of the steel pruduced in the steel plant. The theoretical part of this work describes the construction and division of tires with all the individual steel components that are in the tire. Subsequently, all divisions and properties of cord steel are characterized with the stated possibilites of evaluating their microcleanliness. This section also lists all technological processes of the production of cord steels, from production in individual furnace aggregates units to their subsequent processing. The next part of the bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of worldwide literature, where the possibilities of improving chemical and metallographic cleanliness are based on experiments.
