Analýza systému vstupní kontroly v Sigma Group a.s.

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis “The analysis of Input Control System in SIGMA GROUP a.s.” is to analyze the procedure of the input control and to identify the weakness of this process. In the theoretical part, basic terms from the field of quality control and management and the acquaintance with the creation of process maps are stated there. In the practical part, there is an introduction of the company SIGMA GROUP a.s. and a detailed description of the input control by means of a process map. The findings from the workplace have shown that a single worker bears too much responsibility during the process of an access control. This issue has been analyzed through a Ishikawa diagram and consequently, the suggestion for a solution has been described – to hire a new worker.
