This bachelor thesis deals with fire safety requirements for construction and reconstruction of new or existing kindergartens. The first part focuses on the definition of nursery schools, kindergartens number of fires and the issue of building a kindergarten in relation to legislation and technical standards is discussed. Next part focuses on selected kindergarten and describes a training evacuation that took place here, compares it with the technical norm and with a software for designing evacuation, and also proposes some improvements. Followed by design of a new department mainly focused on escape routes and simulation of evacuation from this department made by Pathfinder softwawre.
