Variantní řešení obvodových plášťů bytové výstavby

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was the elaboration of the design of a residential building in the stage of the project documentation for the execution of the construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation [1]. Part of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of two variants of the basement perimeter masonry. In variant A, the underground perimeter masonry is made of blocks of lost formwork, in variant B the basement perimeter is made of Heluz blocks with Murfor reinforcement against ground pressures. Each of the variants includes the technological process, the budget for the construction and the time schedule of the works. The result of the diploma thesis is the elaborated project in the stage of construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on documentation of constructions [1], as well as comparison of the elaborated variants and their evaluation in terms of time and costs.
