Riziko požáru a výbuchu kovového prachu vznikajícího při řezání laserem

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis discusses metal processing and machining technologies, with a particular focus on laser cutting. It primarily deals with the specification of dust particle combustion and the analysis of dust samples generated during laser cutting at the company OTIS s.r.o. Furthermore, it involves the practical determination of selected dust characteristics, such as the ignition temperature in a settled state and the ignition temperature in a dispersed state. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the collected dust has a tendency to ignite under normal conditions. This work also provides an overview of accidents related to this issue and establishes theoretical foundations supported by the practical section.
