Abstract

Triple Play services are very well being discussed and demanded service currently offers telecommunications services. Although the package of Triple Play services strong weapon for expanding user base, providers need to be wary of these services. Triple Play designation suggests, it is a package of three services of voice, video and data. Data services (www, files, etc.) are supplemented by real-time multimedia voice (VoIP) and video (IPTV / RF). These multimedia services providers impose high demands on the quality of the distribution infrastructure. Use active technology must provide sufficient power and support of QoS mechanisms to facilitate the distribution package of services with different requirements for bandwidth, delay, packet loss, jitter, etc.This diploma thesis deals with the issue Triple Play optical NGA, specifically commissioning of the communication chain which allows transmission of audio and video by using IP videophone to a passive optical access network, WDM-PON. Evaluated the quality of the transmission when changing the network parameters on network emulator Simena.
