Mobilní podsystém Městského kamerového dohlížecího systému

Abstract

Majority of people all over the world wants to live in a pleasant and safe environment. People take many actions to feel safe and to secure their health and property using various technical means. This diploma thesis is dedicated to city safety monitoring systems with special emphasis on the mobile subsystems. Main part of the thesis focuses on designing technical solution of mobile subsystem and its implementation in intravilan of Statutory City of Chomutov. Assessment of impact of Law no.101/2000 on protection of personal data on proposed mobile subsystem represents integral part of this thesis. The concluding part focuses on evaluation of impact of mobile subsystem on street criminality. Data for this bachelor thesis were collected during my own thirteen-years-experience in this field or they come from technical literature.
