Návrh a zprovoznění demonstračního polohovacího pracoviště s pohony pomocí frekvečních měničů siemens

Abstract

My diploma thesis focuses on the design and commissioning of a demonstration positioning workstation utilizing Siemens frequency converters for drive control. The thesis deals with the complete implementation of a two-axis Roller Picker manipulator, using a technological object in a PLC. The implementation includes the electrical and mechanical assembly of the Roller Picker mechanism, configuration of motor drives, programming of the control system, development of the HMI, and processing the risk analysis and the configuration of safety functions. A particular emphasis in my work is placed on the certified safety functions of motor drives, which I describe in detail and integrate into the manipulator. Additionally, I outline the configuration of individual components to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and information security requirements in accordance with the NIS2 directive. In the final section of my thesis, I conduct testing of the proposed solution, discuss the challenges encountered during implementation, and propose potential future applications of the positioning workstation for educational purposes.
