Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to estimate the value of a manufacturing company. The valuation is realized through the DCF Method and the EVA Method, as well. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with the theory applied later on in the thesis. In the second and third chapter the practical part of the thesis is described. The Strategic Analysis and Financial Analysis is carried out in the second chapter. This chapter also includes prediction of the company´s future revenues. The third chapter focuses on the valuation itself. The chapter includes the predicted financial plan and recommendation for the future development of the company. The value estimated by both DCF and EVA Methods is very low and the outcome of both methods is similar.
