Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on finding the employee satisfaction with selected incentives. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on the specialized literature and terms, such as job satisfaction, motivation, stimulation, work performance and individual factors influencing the satisfaction, are explained here. The practical part was implemented at the Business Academy in Ostrava-Marianske Hory and was created on the basis of school internal data. In order to determine the satisfaction with selected incentives – job description, incentive system and working conditions, a survey was performed among the teachers. According to the results of the survey, proposals and recommendations towards improving the situation at the Business Academy were given.
