Adaptace zaměstnanců v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the adaptation of employees in an industrial company. The main objective is to investigate the efficiency and effectiveness of the adaptation process carried out in the cooperating company TATRA TRUCKS a.s. and to propose possible solutions leading to the improvement of this process. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background of the issue, while the second part of the thesis focuses on a detailed analysis of the adaptation process using methods of examination of internal documents, own observation, and questionnaire survey. Based on the results of this research, suggestions and recommendations were made to improve the process of adaptation of new employees in the company.
