Claims represent unpaid amount for goods and services, which march by debtors to creditors. Assumption of formalization claims is using of a security claim resources. The theoretical part is an analysis of claims in terms of law, accounting and tax values. The analysis also refers to a possibility of claims securing. The part two analyzes the claims of borough Oščadnica and its evaluate. Also a specific procedure to exact claims is designed. The conclusion summarizes the whole work.
