Analýza nákladů na opravy a údržbu technologických zařízení domovních předávacích stanic (DPS)

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů na údržbu a obsluhu technologických celků. V teoretické části jsou představeny, zpracováním knižních podkladů, pojmy týkající se této problematiky. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní technologický celek, z oblasti teplárenství, a to na domovní předávací stanici. Dále v této části jsou popsány náklady vznikající při provozu domovní předávací stanice a jejich klasifikace. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení nákladů na údržbu a jejich využití pro přesnější predikci budoucích nákladů údržby. V závěru jsou uvedeny názory autora na nutnost údržby v souvislosti s ekonomií provozu domovních předávacích stanic.

Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the costs of maintenance and operation of technological systems. In the theoretical part concepts concerning this issue are presented by book materials processing. The practical part is focused on the specific technological unit from the heat transfer, namely to the house heat transfer station. In this section are also described the costs arising in the operation of the house transfer station and their classification. The aim of this work is to evaluate the cost of maintenance and to use them for more accurate prediction of future costs. In conclusion there are the author's views on the need of maintenance in the connection with the economic operation of house heat transfer stations.
