Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the property transfer from local government units (municipalities) ownership. This issue is linked with a number of regulations, without the knowledge transfer can not be realized. Bachelor thesis deals with the actual status of municipalities and their inclusion in the legal system of the Czech Republic, property of municipalities generally, focusing on real estates, and legal regulations of the transfers. Bachelor thesis also deals with the transfer of property in the conditions given in the statutory city of Ostrava.
