Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the Evaluation of Communication Mix of the Company KB - BLOK system, Ltd. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is focused on the theoretical definition of terms of communication mix and other terms related to it. The second part describes the current communication mix of the society. Final part introduces the appropriate propositions and new measures, which may bring the extension of communication ways with customers for the company.
