Dopady počítačové kriminality na ekonomiku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic Impact of Cybercrime on Economy. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate negative trends in this field, investigate an influence of this crime types on economy and to find a regulation leading to elimination of this influence. In theoretical part of the thesis, there are the terms connected with cybercrime; further, this thesis deals with a history of cybercrime, legislation dealing with this type of crime, methods of prevention and protection against cybercrime are presented here, too. Negative trends in this field are assessed as well as impacts of cybercrime on economy. In practical part, there are analyzed both impacts on economy and results of the questioning. Two practical cases are presented and analyzed here as well. In conclusion, there are proposals for elimination of cybercrime presented.
