Využití velmi jemných popílků ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Ultra fine fly ashes are due to their qualities suitable for utilisation in building industries and also in other sectors. The research of my thesis is devoted to the cenosphere utilization. I studied their mechanical and physical properties and chemical and phase composition. The possibilities of ultra fine fly ashes usage, respectively cenospheres as filling to dyes, varnishes, concretes and mortars is studied. I proposed four different mixtures of thermal insulating mortar for testing of mechanical and physical properties: strength, tensile strength by bending, weight by volume and thermal insulating behaviour. Results of strengths and thermal insulating behaviour are suitable for using of this material for heat cladding of buildings. From these results I have chosen two procedures by which I continued with improving of the compound formula for reaching better results. Verified application can notably help to minimize the quantity of waste disposal.
